Privacy notes

Short version: this site uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. If you write me, I use your message only to answer you.

Who is responsible

Nata (NataMoonie). You can reach me at admin@kuroi-inku.com.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. Like every web server, theirs writes short technical logs when a page is opened (IP address, date and time, the page, and your browser). These logs keep the server safe and running, and they are deleted after a short time. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them only to answer you and to talk about your project, and I delete them when they're no longer needed. To stop spam, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is kept for a short time, so the same visitor can't send dozens of messages in a row. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

View counter

The footer shows how often the page was opened. It's a single number on the server. No cookies are set, and nothing about you is stored.

Music player

If you change the volume or mute the music, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, so it stays the same next time. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts

All fonts are stored on this server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to other websites, such as kuroi-inku.com or GitHub. Their own privacy rules apply there.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I have about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. You can also object to how it's used, and you have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Just email me.
